In some 15 years from now (or less), exosuits likely will be affordable at Walmart (or similar). Such enhancements or augmentation to the human-level could become lethal. For example, someone wearing an exosuit from their job is hanging out with others when they are playfully insulted. A normal face-slap becomes a fatality. Can such human augmentation (and other AI) contain a filter that is aware of the user’s emotional disposition (perhaps by organ vibrations) and selects actions while rejecting others based on the user’s mood-state?
